From Monday 2 June until Sunday 31 August, Brook Street & King Street in Sileby will be closed to enable National Grid to undertake reinforcement works. As a result, for the whole duration, Kinchbus 2 will need to be on diversion.
On journeys towards Sileby, we’ll be diverting from the end of Grove Lane in Barrow via South Street, Melton Road, Paudy Lane, Big Lane and Seagrave Road – where we’ll then serve Seagrave Road and Swan Street before going around the estate loop.
Back towards Loughborough, we’ll serve Highgate Road and Heathcote Drive as normal before turning right on to Seagrave Road and going back to Barrow via Seagrave Road, Big Lane, Paudy Lane, Melton Road, Grove Lane and South Street resuming normal route on Melton Road.
We’ll be unable to serve stops at –
