On Saturday 25th July 2026, between 8pm and 6am, the A6 Northbound will be closed between Broadnook Island and Granite Way to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake surface dressing lock chip works and white lining works.
During this time, skylink Derby will need to divert on journeys towards Loughborough via Rothley, Mountsorrel and Granite Way.
On Sunday 26th July 2026 between 8pm and 6am, the A6 Southbound will be closed between Broadnook island and Granite Way to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake surface dressing lock chip works and white lining works.
During this time, skylink Derby will need to divert on journeys towards Leicester via Granite Way, Mountsorrel and Rothley.
