 On the evening of the 19th March into the morning of 20th March, between 8pm and 6am, Bridge Street in Loughborough will be closed in both directions between Derby Road and Fennel Street to allow for Leicestershire County Council to facilitate repair works.

During this time, we’ll need to divert on Kinchbus 12, skylink Derby and sprint.

Towards Thorpe Acre –

Divert from Fennel Street along Toothill Road, Meadow Lane and Belton Road resuming the normal route from Derby Road.

Towards Shelthorpe –

Normal route.

We’ll be unable to serve stops on Kinchbus 12 at Regent Street, Leopold Street and Belton Road towards Thorpe Acre only.

Towards Derby –

Divert from Fennel Street along Toothill Road, Meadow Lane and Belton Road resuming the normal route from Derby Road.

Towards Leicester –

Divert from Derby Road along Belton Road, Meadow Lane and Toothill Road, resuming the normal route on Fennel Street.

We’ll be unable to serve stops on skylink at Regent Street, Leopold Street and Belton Road in both directions.

Towards the Train Station –

Divert from The Rushes along Derby Road, Belton Road and Station Boulevard resuming normal route at the Train Station.

Towards University –

Divert from Train Station along Station Boulevard, Belton Road and Derby Road resuming the normal route at The Rushes.

Later journeys that terminate at Swan Street from the University will be unaffected.

We’ll be unable to serve stops on sprint at Sparrow Hill, The Greyhound and Fennel Street in both directions.

We expect there to be some delays during this closure, customers should allow extra time for their journey.
